Jeremiah oversees all the operations from marketing to management, finance to maintenance. While completing his master’s degree in Information Systems Management, he began his career managing rentals in his community. With 20 years of property management experience, Jeremiah has served as president of the Utah chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, member of the Utah Apartment Association’s Executive Governance, licensed continuing education instructor for the Utah Division of Real Estate, and several appointments in the local Association of Realtors.
Angela is a happily married mother of 3, 2 boys and a girl. She has been working in the property management business for 8 years. She is a Licensed Realtor, Rental Property Management, HOAs, and has been honored by the Mayor of Provo for her work in this field. She loves working with people and has found this career to challenge her in every way. She is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and help others be successful in property management and ownership.
Mark is a very experienced property manager who specializes in managing large multifamily complexes, with 10+ years experience. He manages units for owners, and is also a rental owner, so he knows what it takes to locate, purchase and manage an investment property. Managing investment properties is his passion and specialty. Mark also loves spending time with his wife and daughters, is an avid motocross racer, and is fluent in Spanish.
Kallie Peterson is the Manager of Operations as well as a real estate agent with Vision Real Estate. She previously worked as the Assistant Director with the Utah Apartment Association for over 10 years. Prior to that she worked within the medical industry. She has assisted in the implementation of the Good Landlord Program, multiple legislative issues, and oversaw all marketing and planning of events and education through the UAA.
