They really know their stuff for either property management or buying a home. Mark Amann was particularly good at making sure we knew what was going on and got what we wanted. He's incredibly knowledgeable in his field and gives great advice freely during the home buying process. He's great at explaining and answering questions and is very patient and amicable, even answering questions after hours. He even arranged to have someone at the office walk out to my car to pick up our earnest money when my baby was asleep. Very customer service oriented.
